Charlie's Party

Charlie's birthday was this weekend. Unfortunately I had to go to Las Vegas for work very early Sunday morning, so I missed the party and thus Cara's sweet outfits. Brigid was kind enough to send along one of these gems (the with the wacky noodle) while I was on the road.
