Jack in the Highchair

Here are some good ones of Jack. As you can see, these were taken after dinner - we had plenty of time to get the camera, but not enough time to get the food completely off of his face. Whatever, he had a bath two days later; he was fine.
Note to DYS: I live in Guam and can be reached by aquatic donkey.

"Smile for the camera" takes on new meaning. It must translate into "show your teeth" in one-year-old.

Luke's 1st Birthday

Luke McGillivray had his first birthday today. It was a very fun party at... Little Monkeys I think it is called. The place is sweet, except that there are so many kids we never get our turn with the bubbles, in the ballpit, or on the moonwalk. They should have an 18+ day.

Day Care Unacceptable

We just wouldn't feel safe sending the kids to day care... you need to be around your kids to know that they are really safe.

Sledding Party 2007

If you plan it, it will snow. We sent out the evite with 6 weeks to go and not a flake in sight... but who thought it would go so long without accumulation? The day before the party, no snow coverage whatsoever. I mean, it was COLD but not a flake to be found. Then, the night before the Sledding Party - BAM, we get hit with a few inches. Just enough for solid sledding but not so much that we lost any toddlers in the drifts. It was pretty amazing, honestly. I did get some "what sort of deal did you make with the devil?" looks, which made it even better.
